Summary: Your focus sessions, statistics and settings stay on your device. Flovia does not ask for your name, email or any account. To improve the app, Flovia sends a small amount of anonymous usage data by default, and you can turn this off at any time in Settings.

Flovia uses PostHog (servers in the United States) to understand how the app is used. Analytics is on by default. While it is on, the app sends:
Like any internet service, PostHog receives your IP address when data is sent, and may use it to estimate your approximate country or city. We do not link this data to your name, email or any other identity, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to track you across other apps or websites.
To turn it off: open Flovia → Profile → Support → Usage Analytics. The app stops sending analytics data as soon as you switch it off. Deleting the app also removes the anonymous ID.
Some audio tracks are downloaded from our CDN (Content Delivery Network) the first time you use them. Downloaded audio is stored locally and plays without internet access. We don't keep a record of what you listen to.
Flovia does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences and does not require any personal information to use.
